Dance Therapy: Dance Therapy classes aim to integrate the mind, body, and spirit through verbal and non-verbal treatment approaches to wellness. Dance therapy uses the passion and the skills of dancing within the ambit of counselling to motivate individuals towards improved living conditions and generate an ambience of positivity amongst one and all. Dance Therapies enable hands on clinical experiences and enhanced techniques as a part of this course. Noted personalities like choreographer Sudarshan Chakraborty have conducted Dance Therapy classes with us in the past.
Music Therapy: Music therapy is a type of expressive therapy that uses music exposure to help people improve their well being. This type of therapy can be used to help individuals that suffer from mental or physical ailments or disorders. All sorts of musical experiences can be integrated into music therapy, from listening to music to playing music to writing music. Inclusion of music therapy within the course outline facilities better healing potentials for the client.
Food and Nutrition Counseling: Nutritional counseling help clients to master one of the most important prerequisites for good health: a balanced diet. Whether patients hope to lose weight, compete in a triathlon or manage a chronic illness, their eating habits can mean the difference between failure and success. Nutritional counselors guide clients toward their goals by developing a plan that promotes healthy eating while taking into account each person’s unique health status and lifestyle.
Yoga Meditation: This refers to approaches to counseling and therapy rooted in yogic philosophy and incorporating a spiritual or trans-personal dimension and meditational practices of different sorts. This module enables a holistic grooming of mind, body and heart.

Graphology: Graphology helps best to know yourself and to solve your problems: Your handwriting tells you at least 180 hidden traits and unlimited number of effects which you may or may not be aware of. Graphology helps in analyzing handwriting, helping the self to get the best personal and family success. This, therefore goes a long way in understanding the client.
Mental and Behavioral Abnormalities due to disorder of function of endocrine Glands : This branch of Counseling will help analyse the functions of hormones in human bodies, which in turn can assist in better understanding of the client’s mental conditions.
Transgender Counseling : For a person struggling with gender issues counseling can be a bewildering experience. While educated and sensitive counseling can be supportive and valuable, many transgendered individuals have been misunderstood, manipulated, and abused by counselors. This part of the course especially deals with competent and therapeutic understanding of the situation of the clients and helping them as well as the people around them in coping up.
